Do you deliver?
Due to the demands of school and work, I have decided not to offer delivery at this time.
Where will I pick up my order?
I am a home bakery located in SE Calgary. After your order is placed, I will send a follow up email that includes the pick up location.
How far in advance do I need to place my order?
Single cake or small orders: 1-2 weeks
Customized orders: 2-3 weeks
Large orders: 3-4 weeks
*This is subject to change. It could be sooner or a bit later depending on my availability.
Can I have my order individually wrapped?
Yes! I can individually wrap cookies, brownies, and donuts.
How many layers can I make my cake?
At this time, cakes come in 2 or 3 layers.
What size do you cakes come in?
I bake cakes in 6" or 8" cake pans.
How many people will my cake feed?
A 6" 2 layer cake will comfortably feed 4 - 6 people, while a 3 layer cake will feed 6 - 8+.
An 8" 2 layer cake will comfortably feed 12 - 14 people, while a 3 layer cake will feed 14 - 18+.
What payment methods do you accept?
To take extra precautions for both my customers and myself, I accept etranfers only at this time.
What is your cancellation policy?
If you place an order and decide to cancel within 48 hours, I cannot provide refunds as I will have already begun to work on your order by that time.
How long do your cakes last?
My cakes last about 1-2 days at room temperature or 2-4 days if kept in the fridge.
**Please note that my cakes do not have preservatives in them and therefore will not last as long as a store bought cake.**
